High resolution Colour Display - Fishfinder 320C
Out of production, replaced
by the Garmin FF 340C.
New
Garmin fishfinder.
Garmin EchoSounder and Fishfinder
with Colour Display.
The FishFinder 320C has substantial advantages
compared to conventional EchoSounders:
1. The patented See-Thru Technology enables a
simultaneous reception of weak and strong signals. So, even fishes, swimming
close to the bottom are dislayed.
2. The "Depth Controlled Gain" (DCG) controls
the sensitivity of the unit´s receiver, according to the current
depth. So the bottom structure is displayed more detailed.
3. With the 16-colour TFT-monitor, bottom structures
and fishes are displayed very clear. Another feature is the sunlight readable
display. With a connected GPS-receiver, waypoints can be marked in the FishFinder
320C, vice versa these waypoints can be sent from the FishFinder to a Garmin
GPS-instrument.
Functions:
Transmission power 500 W (RMS), 4000 W peak, in Dual-Frequency operation
and 400 W (RMS), 3200 W peak at 200 kHz.
Digital display of depth, temperature, speed and operation voltage.
If a speed transducer is connected, the display speed will be identified
and adjusted automatically.
16 Colour TFT with 234 x 320 pixels, approx. 12,7 cm diagonal and multiple
backlit levels adjustible in black, blue or white. Readable in bright sunlight.
Split-screen; the display can be zoomed in or out just by pressing a
button; with the 2-fold and 4-fold zoom the bottom structure is displayed
even better.
Extraordinary operation in fresh- and salt water up to a depth of approx.
450 m.
An exclusive technology enables a clear separation of fish echoes from
bottom structures.
