Built-in
ITU-class-D-DSC-controller
Built in is an additional receiver to watch channel 70. You need only
one antenna for channel 70 and VHF. The
keypad enables easy and efficient operation of the DSC function for your
security.
High receiver responsiveness
The IC-M601 has excellent receiving qualities with more than 75 dB
for selectivity and fog wave supression. With these technical features
receiving is clear and without any ambient noise. High output power enables
a good communication.
Connection
of up to two COMMANDMICs
The optional COMMANDMIC can be used as a second or third station with
Intercom facility. With its small dimensions and large LCD the COMMANDMIC
has lots of functions like the remote control of the IC-M601 up to
21 m* away from the main unit. Included in delivery is an additional 6m
connection cable with plug and a separate jack. So the Commandmic can be
connected up to 6 m away from the main unit.
* The optional OPC-999- extension cable is needed.
NMEA-input/ output
If a GPS receiver is connected, the IC-M601 can read out position
data. The NMEA-output enables the data output on a plotter, PC or navigational
instrument.
Large LCD with Dot-Matrix
The large Dot-Matrix-Display has a capacity of 168 signs. All
information, like GPS-data and DSC-security data are displayed in large
and clear signs. Operation is easy because of the backlit LCD and keys.
22-Watt-2-way-hailer-connection
possibility
if you connect a fog horn, you can communicate with yachts, decks or
docks. The built-in amplifier has 22 W for clear and loud transmission.
You have quick access on the hailer with a large, backlit key.
