Shore power connnection units have to be mounted on board of yachts to ensure a a safe transmission of shore power on board in accordance with Germanische Lloyd safety regulations. The FI/LS leakage protector in combination with a circuit breaker switch cuts power by means of a 30mA two-pole cut off incase of electrical fault, overloading and short circuit. An encased plastic housing protects from touching the electrical connections. The operating elements are housed in an aluminium front panel with black ploastic coating. All shore power connection units are manufactured according to DIN VDE 0100/part 721 (709) and ISO 13297 and contain VDE-tested and approved components. A confirmation for the final acceptance inspection of the electric system on board in included in delivery. Connection on the back of the unit for 230 V via through-lead clamps.
